Sahara Insurance assigned us to audit its brand. Market research was conducted and helped develop a communication plan to increase awareness of the company, its services, goals, and added value. Customer loyalty strategies were developed through applying customer retention programs and a corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy was prepared to show the benefits of insurance and its advantages to the public.
Corporate and stationery designs focused on how important insurance is to people’s safety. The same was applied to marketing collateral but the content focused more on each service: life and health, motor, marine, and property. We were also in charge of designing booths and interactive displays for Sahara Insurance events. Following were advertising campaigns that showcased the achievements and history of the corporation, and raised awareness about its regional branches and insurance products. An online campaign was also launched to increase the company’s reach and accelerate the growth of Sahara Insurance.
We developed Sahara Insurance website, listing each service in a different tab to make it as simple as possible to understand the process and procedures of insurance.
