Buhajar Group Branding Strategy and Marketing

We developed a business plan for Buhajar Group to help it thrive in Libya and across the region. A brand architecture strategy was prepared to position its subsidiaries in the market and organize the brand and its sub-brands. A marketing strategy and communication plan were also developed in light of prepared strategies.

We also prepared a comprehensive advertising campaign with the aim of raising customers’ awareness of the brand and its subsidiaries.

To widen the reach of Buhajar Group and introduce its diverse subsidiaries and products, our team developed Buhajar website.

Buhajar Group was founded by Buhajar family, who started business in the 1940’s. The family started in the textile trade and then successfully expanded into high-end jewelry which laid a solid foundation for their business to diversify and grow upon. Buhajar Group is a well-established and trusted conglomerate working to reinvigorate the business environment in Libya and the surrounding regions, including North Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
