Imagine Group helped Kulacom Jordan evaluate its rank and status in the market. A market research was primarily conducted to audit and assess the brand. A separate customer satisfaction research followed to analyze feedback from a wide array of Kulacom customers. We developed a marketing strategy which was integrated with a communication plan. Customer loyalty strategies were employed to instill the company in the minds of old and new customers.
We developed Kulacom brand identity and image. This included developing visuals that portrayed the value of the brand products and services. Marketing collaterals and promotional tools were also designed; some were related to the company’s events. An advertising campaign aiming to raise people’s awareness of Kulacom in the market was carried out in addition to launching WiMAX, the most prominent Kulacom product campaign. Other products were promoted via online and interactive campaigns.
Kulacom Jordan, also known as MetroBeam Wireless Telecommunications Co., LLC, was founded in 2006 by Jordanian investors as a telecommunications network to be later sold to another telecommunication investment company. Kulacom offered telecommunication services to individuals and corporations in Jordan including WiMAX, pre-paid voice, data storage, and data management.
