Imagine Group developed a brand strategy for DAMAMX which comprised a brand positioning strategy.
A marketing strategy combined with a communication strategy positioned the brand in the market and in the minds of customers and business owners. We applied customer-centric strategies including customer retention programs to preserve current DAMAMAX customers and spread word of mouth to increase its growth and reach new customers.
DAMAMAX commissioned Imagine Group as its brand guardian to develop its brand identity and image. Hence, visuals, corporate designs, and stationery that capture the essence of the company as Jordan’s second operator were created. The state-of-the-art data center was also designed. Huge physical and virtual advertisement campaigns were launched to raise awareness of the prestigious status of DAMAMAX and showcase cooperation and sponsorship agreements signed with influential entities.
