Imagine Group was tasked to develop the concept of Sky Mall. The business plan we prepared depended on a feasibility study and market research. The operations strategy we developed helped optimize the operations of recruited teams.
We were responsible for the branding of Sky Mall as the first shopping mall in Al Bayda, Libya. Imagine Group worked on developing the brand identity and image of the mall accompanied by a special look and feel. We also designed the business profile and website of Sky Mall.
Imagine Group developed Sky Mall website and designed its sections to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. An e-commerce system was developed to facilitate purchases and increase ROIs. Managing Sky Mall Facebook and Instagram pages is helping in increasing shoppers’ awareness of the mall and their willingness to visit it when it is opened and experience the pleasure of shopping in the family’s first shopping destination.
On an area of 20,600 square meters and as the first branch of Sky Mall chain, Sky Mall opened in Al Bayda as a modern shopping and entertainment center. Managed by an expert and pioneering team in the field of retail and entertainment in the East and North Africa, and under the slogan “the pleasure of shopping”, Sky Mall offers an enjoyable experience to all family members, where they can find everything they need and more. The mall enjoys a comfortable family ambiance and pleasant facilities which make of it the family’s first and most favorite destination.
