Engaging Clients with a New Corporate Identity

Imagine Group offered Jumhouria Bank creative services including updating its corporate identity and brand environment. This was combined with updating JB’s online presence by developing its website.

Aiming to re-establish itself as a leading bank in the eyes of its clients at home and abroad, Jumhouria Bank briefed us to update its corporate identity, image, and brand environment. Together with the new brand image “your friendly bank” which was thoughtfully chosen to cement the bank’s relationship with valued clients, we helped Jumhouria Bank promote itself as a modern, dynamic, expert Libyan bank with a global reach. A distinctive brand icon was created; customizing Latin and Arabic fonts supported the visual ownership of the bank and emphasized consistency across all communications and designed materials including marketing collaterals and stationery.

Extending the Experience with Brand Environment

Reflecting the new brand identity of Jumhouria Bank inside the retail environment helped enhance the retail bank design concept. At the center of the branch, a showcase table that displays the bank’s products has been supported by a large graphic panel. Teller counters and advisor positions have been designed to be more customer-friendly, create a dynamic delivery of service promotions, and assist in the easy navigation of the branch.

The Vigor of Marketing Campaigns

Because marketing campaigns speak volumes, we developed several successful campaigns promoting the financial services and banking solutions of Jumhouria Bank in BTL and ATL materials both on corporate and individual levels.

Cards

We also worked on designing JB’s banking cards. This included the bank's Sadeeq, Doroub, Blue, Mada, and Al Raed cards. Together with this, we promoted the cards and the services they offered in different advertising campaigns.

Virtual Presence to Stay Connected

Together with its physical presence, Jumhouria Bank has become more present virtually. The up-to-date website we have developed and the content management system we integrated into it have expanded the bank’s online reach both locally and internationally.

Results

The updated brand and corporate identity of Jumhouria Bank were well received by the bank and the clients. The bank has succeeded in winning the confidence of a large segment of the community and has gained the trust and respect of many international financial institutions.
