We worked on developing the corporate identity of Libyan Islamic Bank and helping it serve more Shariah-driven clients as well as a wider, non-Islamic clientele base.
Complying with Shariah in all its financial operations and banking solutions, Libyan Islamic Bank wished
to retain recognition as a pioneer bank in Libya. Imagine Group’s brief was to develop the corporate
identity of the bank and help it serve more Shariah-driven clients as well as a wider, non-Islamic

References to the brand’s Shariah-based banking services and offers were also reflected in the designs
Focusing our attention on the brand environment of LIB, we developed the branch look and feel. The brand
environment concept and layout were meant to incorporate and communicate the Islamic values like
honesty, transparency, and integrity the bank highly cherishes. Designs were implemented on a variety of marketing
collateral that conveyed intended messages.
The new corporate identity gave the impression of confidence and pride in the Shariah-compliant banking
services LIB offers. The new identity played an integral role in the bank’s ability to achieve its goal
of retaining recognition as a leading Islamic bank in Libya.
