As part of our strategic partnership with the USAID, and through our robust collaboration with the USAID Business Growth Activity Project, our team was commissioned to help in the empowerment of more than 50 local SMEs through strengthening their online presence and digital visibility, assisting them to generate leads and sales, and enhance brand awareness. Together with this, our team of experts worked on strengthen the capacity of beneficiaries and their marketing teams to plan and execute effective online marketing campaigns with rational and achievable KPIs.
To ensure sustainability, our team provided technical support to ensure beneficiaries are on the right track and can sustain such activities in the future. Beyond healthcare and industrial sectors, our services significantly benefited businesses in food manufacturing, e-commerce, and ICT.
Our support encompassed a range of tailored marketing solutions. We focused on crafting various marketing assets, including the design and development of bilingual landing pages. Furthermore, our expertise extended to designing and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across key platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, helping these SMEs expand their reach and achieve their growth objectives.
To document the successful stories of around 300 SMEs, Imagine Grp team collaborated extensively with the USAID/BGA team on the development and execution of the Achievements and Application campaigns of the entire online marketing campaign entitled “Tracing the Growth Journey of 295 SME Beneficiaries.”
The Achievements campaign, under the direct supervision of USAID/BGA, aimed to highlight the remarkable achievements and successful application stories of these small and medium-sized enterprises.
Meanwhile, “How to Prepare Successful Applications” Campaign aimed to encourage new SMEs and Start-ups to apply for the Project’s support, providing insights into the application process, addressing frequently asked questions from outreach sessions, highlighting examples of SME beneficiaries from different sectors and governorates, and explaining benefits and opportunities available to SMEs and Start-ups, to increase the number and quality of applications from governorates.
We integrated our efforts deeply with the BGA team's objectives, ensuring that every aspect of the digital marketing plan was meticulously crafted and deployed. This close partnership was crucial in achieving the ambitious, agreed-upon goals of showcasing the vital role these SMEs play in economic development.
The project included developing as well as editing the online content and storyboards, creating the needed visuals, and the full preparation of high-end animation videos to be used, as well as launching the digital marketing campaigns.
Our deep partnership and collaboration with USAID and its Business Growth Activity Project yielded remarkable results, demonstrating a tangible impact on Jordan's SME landscape. We provided tailored digital marketing support to a wide array of SMEs from diverse sectors, directly helping them expand their reach and amplify their online presence. We are proud to report that this strategic support led to an impressive return on investment exceeding 70% for most beneficiaries. Furthermore, our efforts in boosting the online visibility and engagement of the "Tracing the Growth Journey of 295 SME Beneficiaries" campaign significantly raised companies' awareness of the Project's pivotal role in empowering SMEs across Jordan.
