Company Profile
We were commissioned to help Royal Falcon Airline translate its new business plan for the period 2008-2012 into action. The first step to be taken was to identify RF direct and indirect competitors. A destination branding strategy was also applied to highlight the unique flight experiences to the destinations RF reaches. Together with this, a marketing strategy was implemented by scanning the internal and external business environments and then creating a marketing plan for RF that explains what actions it should take to sustain its competitive edge in the market.
Imagine Group worked on designing RF brand identity and image by boasting about the fact that it is the national carrier in Jordan. RF marketing collateral, including flyers and brochures that contain information on its location, flight destinations, and instructions on how to book a flight were also created, not to forget designing RF website, annual reports, and template layout. We carried out an advertising campaign and links to online content to showcase RF added value, latest flight destinations, and offers.
Our developers worked on developing Royal Falcon website to be an interactive digital platform.
Inspired by the vision of His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan, Royal Falcon Airline (RF) was set up as a second air carrier in 2007. Based at Amman Queen Alia International Airport, it had interests in three markets: ACMI and ad-hoc charter provision, scheduled service to destinations in the Middle East, and cargo carriage. Royal Falcon scheduled services operated between Amman and Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Baku, Mosul (Iraq) and Najaf (Iraq). The fleet comprised of B737 and B767 aircraft. Cargo services were carried out by Jordan International Air Cargo using Illyushin IL-76 and Antonov An-26 aircraft. Royal Falcon ceased service operations in August 2016.
