We were commissioned to help National Commercial Bank develop a brand valuation and brand positioning as part of its decision to create a new corporate identity. To enhance employee performance, we worked on improving the brand architecture of the bank.
Imagine Group created a brand that unites NCB business behind a common idea and a positioning that uniquely complements the Libyan region in which it operates, focusing at the same time on the services the bank offers to its increasingly demanding customers. To introduce the new corporate identity of NCB, we redesigned the visual, physical, and verbal experience of its customers. The advertising campaigns and marketing collateral reflected NCB new corporate identity and have promoted its banking solutions and financial services.
We developed NCB website and special digital platforms for NCB to fit the connected age of now. “Mobi Mal” application was developed with a user-friendly interface that offers electronic services. An ETS service was also developed and accompanied by user and client manuals upgraded steadily to enable the staff to take charge of its own skills development and career growth.
We managed NCB social media platforms and worked on increasing traffic and engagement on its Facebook and Instagram pages, and YouTube channel.
National Commercial Bank (NCB) is one of the largest financial organizations, with a focus on maintaining a profitable organization that provides highly competitive and pioneering products as well as service offerings for its customers. Its aim is to become the number one leading bank in Libya, implementing flexible business models and efficient operational processes and systems.
