BPM automation solution

Imagine Grp recently helped Technical and Vocational Skills Development Commission (TVSDC) to reimagine their workflows and business processes through the development of a modern digital business process management solution. The BPM solution offered designated personnel with a clear overview of all operations pertaining to their role. The solution offered full automation for TVSDC’s processes including registration and onboarding, licensing, general accreditation, and special accreditation.

Beside onboarding and registration, users could easily apply for licensing, general accreditation, and special accreditation. Together with this, TVSDC business process automation platform allowed quick response and monitoring to the services offered.

The Technical and Vocational Skills Development Commission was established in 2019 under Article 31 of the Jordanian Constitution and based on Law No. (9) / 2019: The Technical and Vocational Skills Development Law, was prepared in line with the recommendations of the National Strategy for Human Resources Development (which established clear organizational structures for the governance of the sector to ensure the implementation of accountability in the sector). The Commission aims at encouraging all forms of learning, skills development, and recognizing them within the educational system and the labour market, in addition to create new high- level options for TVET in line with the national qualifications’ framework levels. It also aims at improving the TVET quality by developing fixed standards for the appointment and training of trainers in the TVET sector, harmonizing occupational standards and quality assurance among all institutions, and raising the level of coordination with the private sector.
