To help Cihan bank understand its place in the market among Islamic and traditional banks, Imagine Group conducted a market study on similar banks. Besides, a customer insight study and a new branding and positioning strategy were developed through implementing different approaches including customer loyalty programs. A communication plan was also developed to analyze the target audience as to come up with the best approach to achieve customer appeal.
Following the study on the position of Cihan Bank in the market, we created the brand identity of the bank. The developed logo was created to show the bank’s heritage and investment environment. The new visual system was applied to the signage, stationery, marketing collateral, annual reports, touch points, and interactive interface for ATM machines. Flyers, brochures, and an online promotion through a website which we designed were also developed.
Cihan Bank is a fully Islamic bank which provides a wide range of Islamic banking products and services. It seeks to present the best, accurate, and uniquely developed banking services compliant with the principles of Shariah (Islamic Law) to its customers from government enterprises companies to individuals in Iraq including Kurdistan regional governorates.
