To audit the brand of Amaar Properties, Imagine Group began by reviewing the market research on real estate companies. A marketing strategy followed to boost the company’s status in the regional market together with a branding and positioning strategy. A communication plan was accompanied by campaigns and online content that raised awareness of the brand’s values, properties, and projects for sale, and for its added value.
Imagine Group developed and enhanced the brand identity and image of Amaar Properties to reflect the success of its real estate development and housing projects. A series of tactical ads published in selected publications targeted a high-end clientele and highlighted the achievements of the company. Public events and cooperation agreements signing events were covered; this included designing Amaar booths and interactive displays. Advertising campaigns that focused on the brand’s values and achievements, involving the launch of its commercial estates services and products were carried out, developed later to a separate online campaign that explained the previous processes along with the residential and land services.
