Imagine Group conducted a thorough market and sales research to study customer insights for Amman Chamber of Industry. The research focused on identifying “brand passion” on multiple levels: feelings, harmony with personal values, lifestyle or self-image, position in the consideration set, and position on the usage set. The research was accompanied by a brand audit to measure the brand valuation of all the factors that influence Jordanian products/brands selling points.
Amman Chamber of Industry (ACI) was established in 1962 as a non-profit organization which represents the industrial sector in Jordan. ACI’s membership totals around 8000 varying in size from large, medium, and small enterprises. For more than four decades, the Chamber was the industry’s incubator through advocating interests and providing several support schemes. This resulted in a leading national industrial sector compared with other economic sectors in terms of contribution to national economy, poverty and unemployment problems, export development, and stimulation of business environment.
